Fall Wreath

Hi everyone! I have been doing more decor projects than scrap/cards lately. Here is a project I made after scrolling through some blogs. When I saw this I HAD to make one of my own, ended up making two! I have been searching for a cute wreath and I'm not really into the traditional ones. This one was perfect for my style! I found this on Christi's blog Scrappin 5 Little Cupcakes and I got a lot of info on to to make it there and also on Lauren's blog Lauren's Creative. Take a minute to visit their blogs too, their wreaths are absolutely gorgeous!!

The supplies are:

Hot Glue Gun (My first time using one and I scorched my finger - ouch!)

Wire Cutter

Scissors

14" Wreath

Any Fall related picks - I got mine from Michael's

Yarn - Any color scheme.I used multi colored Green and a brown. I had enough to make two wreaths

Ribbon

(5) Sheets of 9 x 12 Felt

(I got all my supplies from Wal-Mart except the fall picks and wreath!)

'Hang in there' Card

Today I made a card for the Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge #61, Sketch with a Twist. The 'twist' was to use twine or embroidery floss and follow this sketch.

The card size is 6x3. For the patterned paper I used DCVW's Immortal Love stack, the twine is Maraschino from The Twinery and for the cute spider face I used Peachy Keen Stamps Monsters 'n More set.

I finished the card off with a sentiment from my 'Say Something' stamp set and added some stitching around the base with my Sakura gel pen. Enjoy!

Fall Card

Hi Everyone! I have a 'fall' card to share with you today. For this card I welded together a pumpkin to create a shape card on my Gypsy, using the Pumpkin Carvings cartridge. The font is from Mickey Font, and the leaves are from Doodlecharms. I then added Peachy Keen Stamp faces from the Princess Face Assortment set to the leaves, aren't they adorable!! The pattern paper is from DCVW's Autumn Splendor pack. I finished it off with Mandarin twine from The Twinery and some stitching with my Sakura gel pen.

Hello everyone, it's Lauren from 40:31 Creations and it's my last day of the week! I am so sad :( I have had a great week posting projects for you and I am so thankful to Peachy Keen Stamps for giving me this opportunity! I am truly in LOVE with Peachy Keen Stamps, since I got my first set, Everyday Character Face Assortment. My collection continues to grow each time PKS comes out with their adorable stamps! Good Morning!

Yesterday my son came home from school with two books. He promptly asked if I had any bookmarks, I said "No, but I can make you one!" He got so excited and told he to hurry because he was already on page 7, hahaha! So I went to my craft room and this is what I came up with. Hope you think it's as cute as I do.

I made it wider than your normal bookmark since he's only 8, figuring he may destroy it easier. The size is 3 1/4 x 6.

Good morning Peachy Keen Fans!
I am so happy to share my project with you today. I made a tri-fold card, never did this before but it was super easy. All I did was glue two A2 size cards together the opposite way. Very quick and easy, gives the card a neat look! I am definitely getting ready for fall to arrive and looking forward to all the leaves changing colors. That pretty much inspired this card for me, the changing of the seasons. Enjoy :)

I've missed everyone ....

Wow, it's been so long since I've been on my blog. I have been dealing with some pretty heavy migraines since April that won't seem to go away. I'm on three different medications and nothing seems to be helping, so I am not getting much time for anything except taking care of my house and four children. My migraines seem to be hormonal related, so I do seem to be getting somewhere! For those of you that haven't noticed, I put my design team and stamps on hold. My goal right now is to start crafting and posting once a week!! I also have my Peachy Keen Guest Design week coming up in September and I'm SUPER excited about that!!! I recently set up a FB page and I would love it if you would visit it and 'Like' it for me! THIS IS THE LINK.

Design Team Friday!

Good Morning! I want to let everyone know why I have been MIA. My husband came down with strep and the flu two weeks ago and it swept through all of us, except my littlest guy who just got a little cold. So these past two weeks have been nothing but getting well and talking care of everyone. I have not had ANY time to get into my crafting space and do anything! Everyone is on the mend now so I hope to be getting back VERY soon. I also have some stamp sets I have been waiting to release as well!
