My first Tim Holtz flower ♥

I am so excited that I am able to share this! I learned of this flower late last night, watched the video and woke up first thing and made it. I used a flower on the Forever Young Cartridge size 3 1/2". Hope you like it!

Valentine goodie bags :)

I am so happy with these!! These are for my sister-in-law in North Carolina! She is a teacher and will be giving these out to her students for Valentines day! Can't wait to ship them out to her so she can see them in person! All that is left to do is fill the bags with candy and attach them to the bags!

Enjoy!

Forever Young

Here are two more projects I quickly put together. My very first card!

Also an adorable little purse.

Sweethearts, Forever Young and a birthday!!

Here are some valentines bags I have been working on. I am going to make a bunch for my sons class for Valentines' Day. I used Sweethearts for the puppy and Forever Young for the Model. Hope you like them!! By the way, don't try and use the puppies for a 6 year old boy, it didn't go over too well with him!! Oops!

My husband celebrated his 28th birthday on Tuesday. I made cupcakes and I do not bake in any way shape or form. Notice the color of the frosting though, can we say Cricut?! I made the 'Happy Birthday' sign with ZooBalloo!

Enjoy :)

New Cricut Mat

New Cricut Mat - it's like that new car smell. Have you ever opened a new mat and just taken the smell in? It brings me back to the very first moment I opened my Cricut Expression, set the blade, popped in a cartridge, placed the keypay overlay in, picked that perfect color of cardstock and hit load paper!

What could be better?

In Bloom - using Serenade

So here is my first time incorporating canvas and the Cricut! It was so much fun! This project went a totally different way than what I had set out for it to be. Originally my daughters name was going to be on it. I used Serenade, which came with my Cricut! I didn't think I would like this cartridge at first but the birds are really neat! The trees take some time but are well worth the end result! Hope you like it.

Supplies:
Cricut Expression, Canvas, Tan acrylic paint. Happily Ever After DCWV 8x8 paper, Serenade for birds and tree. Plantin Schoolbook for words.

My camera battery died, so I had to use my phone to take this picture - I will re-post the picture when I get a new battery!

New Adventure

I want to be able to share my love of scrapbooking and crafting with others. So here I am, putting myself out there for the world to see. This is only the beginning and I still have plans to vamp this page up so stick with me during the transformation :)

I began scrapbooking in 2002, when I became pregnant with my first child. I had to put scrapbooking on the back burner for a while when I had my two daughters, life got a little crazy. Things have settled down a bit now and I am happy to be able to get back into doing what I love. I have no clue how I got into or what made me absolutely love it, but I do! I find my self staying up very late at night while everyone is in bed just so I can get more scrapbooking in. I sure don't have the time during the day to sneak away with three little ones running around the home and a house to tend to! My husband surprised me with a Cricut Expression for Christmas this year and I think I have used it at least once everyday since! Cartridges are coming in the mail and I am so excited to use them all!

I hope you will enjoy all my layouts and crafts. I would love to get some videos up in the future as well.

Have a great day everyone!!

Layout Supplies:
Cricut Expression, Everyday Paper Dolls Cartridge, Pink 12x12 paper, diamond Stickles.
Blessed are the children of scrapbookers, for they shall inherit the scrapbooks.
